Test and certification of advanced performance composite products and solutions
Our design verification, inspection, component testing and quality assurance facilities are approved to the international standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and include:
- Composite mechanical testing
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 1,500psi
- A saline tank for trimming and balancing of buoyancy modules
- A Mitutoyo Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) with a measuring envelope of 100x750x500
- Inspection equipment and test instrumentation including hand-held digital micrometers and verniers
- A digital profile projector and a faro portable software driven 3D measuring arm
Continual quality improvements coupled with ongoing and extensive training means we are extending our capabilities on an ongoing basis and we will test and qualify additional equipment if your composite component requires further certification.
