Our design and consultancy service can take your initial component concept right through to full-scale production and manufacturing. We have an experienced in-house design team that will work with you to refine your component specification, whether that is for a single bespoke design or for repeatable manufacturing.
Each stage of design and manufacture is supported by the necessary testing which includes Composite Mechanical Testing, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Pressure testing up to 1,500 psi, and environmental testing to Defence standards.
Having finalised the component specification, we can create all your mould tooling from materials to suit your application.
PE Composites builds moulds using our onsite facilities, which include our precision machining capability that can manufacture mould plugs by hand or machine. Once manufactured, we have extensive in-house testing and certification facilities integrated with our production capability and also based at our Newport factory.
